This website is owned and operated by Malescorto - International Short Film Festival. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and the services we offer. This site offers visitors all the information about the festival, its program, a gallery, a blog section and a contact form. By accessing or using the Web site for our service, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service and all materials contained or transferred therein, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music and all related Intellectual Property Rights, are the exclusive property of Malescorto - International Short Film Festival. Except as expressly set forth herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, modify or create derivative works.

We may, without notice to you, modify the Services; stop providing the Services or features of the Services we offer; or create limits on the Services. We may permanently or temporarily discontinue or suspend access to the Services without notice and liability for any reason or no reason.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Malescorto - International Short Film Festival be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Malescorto - International Short Film Festival assumes no liability for (i) errors, mistakes or inaccuracies in the content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

When we modify the Terms in a material way, we will notify you that important changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and all claims and disputes relating to this and/or the Services, shall be governed by, construed and enforced in all respects exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the State of Italy, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes will be brought and you hereby consent to their exclusive adjudication by a court of competent jurisdiction. Application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
